• $525-$625 plus electric (not included)
• Two person maximum occupancy for individuals/roommates. 
• Four person maximum for families (non-negotiable). 
• Security deposit of $250 required to reserve a spot.
• Cancellation of reservations received more than 3 days prior to arrival will receive full refund. No-shows and cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. 
• Metered electricity is charged at rate for actual usage. 
• Two vehicle maximum. 
• Two dog maximum.
• Any rig 10 or more years old must be approved by management prior to arrival.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.
• Valid State ID required on all persons 18 years of age and older.
